Yuxi (Leo) Wen [pronounciation: yuu-shee when] is an education specialist based in East Lansing, United States. He is currently a Ph.D. student at Michigan State University’s Educational Psychology & Educational Technology program. His research interests is in Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and education.

Before this, he was a research assistant at Peking University’s Chinese Institute for Education Finance Research, where he focused specifically on China’s higher technical and vocational education finance.

And before that, he was a U.S.-licensed mathematics teacher, an intern at UNESCO’s International Institute for Educational Planning, and a trainee at Czech Republic’s Ministry of Education.

With a passion for education, teaching, and research, Leo thinks and writes about issues in the general field of education. He is an advocate for education access and equality.

Leo holds a B.S. in Education Studies, Mathematics, and Child Studies from Vanderbilt University (United States) and a M.Sc. in Education from the University of Oxford (United Kingdom).
